IS CROSSFIT SAFE FOR BEGINNERS?

Yes, CrossFit is safe for beginners. Workouts can be scaled to fit any fitness level, and our coaches will ensure you perform exercises safely and correctly.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN A TYPICAL CROSSFIT CLASS?

A typical CrossFit class includes a warm-up, a strength element and a conditioning element. All movements are demonstrated and coach led. Classes last about an hour.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR AND BRING TO A CROSSFIT CLASS?

Wear comfortable gym attire and wear a supportive cross training shoe. Avoid baggy clothing that could interfere with movement. Bring a water bottle, towel, and a positive attitude. All necessary equipment for the workout will be provided at the gym.

DO I NEED TO BE FIT TO DO CROSSFIT?

No, you don’t need to be fit to start CrossFit. The workouts are designed to be scalable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes.

WILL CROSSFIT HELP ME LOSE WEIGHT?

Yes, CrossFit can help with weight loss as it combines strength training and high-intensity cardio, which can boost metabolism and burn calories.

WHAT IF I CAN’T DO CERTAIN EXERCISES OR HAVE AN INJURY OR MEDICAL CONDITION

Our coaches will provide modifications and alternative exercises to ensure you can complete the workout safely and effectively, regardless of your fitness level or physical limitations. It is important to inform your coach about any injuries or medical conditions before starting. They can help tailor the workouts to accommodate your needs safely.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF CROSSFIT?

HOW DO I TRACK MY PROGRESS IN CROSSFIT?

We use an all encompassing, state-of-the-art app “WODBOARD ” to track progress, nutrition, weight, etc.
